Deze informatie bevat verbruik verhoudingsgegevens van tweetakt olie voor alle Suzuki tweetakt motoren met een oliepomp en een omschrijving van de test procedure. Het testen van de verbruik verhoudingsgegevens gaat als volgt:

  • Synchroniseer en stel uw carburateurs af. Hiervoor is part.nr. 09913-13121 bij uitstek geschikt.
  • Stel uw oliepomp af volgens een van de volgende methoden (Methode A B C OF D, zie de volgende paragraaf)
  • Laat uw motor lopen tot bedrijfstemperatuur en let op luchtbellen in uw olieleidingen.
  • Installeer een oliepompmeter (deze is bij mij verkrijgbaar) ergens rond uw olietank maar hoger dan de oliepomp.
  • Sluit de oliepomp meter (part. 09900-21602) aan op uw oliepomp.
  • Vul de oliepompmeter met 3 tot 5 cc tweetaktolie.
  • Stel uw toerental af op de gegevens uit de onderstaande tabel.
  • Meet de hoeveelheid olieverbruik en stem dit af met de onderstaande tabel.

This section contains oil pump discharge rate data for each two-stroke Suzuki model equipped with an oil pump, and testing procedures. The procedure for testing oil pump discharge rates is as follows:

  • Adjust and synchronise the carburators. Use the proper Suzuki tool # 09913-13121
  • Adjust the oil pump as specified for each model (Model A-B-C or D, see next paragraph)
  • Warm up the engine, and make sure the oil lines are free from bubles.
  • Install an oil gauge (is still available, please ask) on the motorcycle anywhere around the oil tank location and above the oil pump.
  • Connect the oil line from the oil tank to the fitting on the bottom of the oil gauge.
  • Pour 3 to 5 cc's of 2-stroke oil into the oil gauge.
  • Set the engine RPM's as specified in the data chart and stabelize.
  • Measure the amount of oil drained by the oil pump from the oil gauge and compare it with the specification on the data chart.

 Model A: Draai het gashandel totdat de punt op de gasschuif (gezien vanuit de venturi opening aan de achterkant van de carburateur) de bovenkant van de opening raakt en stel de oliepomp af.  <Eng> Turn the throttle grip until the dot on the carb slide aligns with the top of the carb Venturi.

 Model B: Draai het gas volledig open. <Eng> Turn the throttle grip to the Full open position.

 Model C: Verwijder het schroefje aan de zijkant van de carburateur. Draai het gashandel zover op totdat de punt de bovenkant van het inspectiegaatje raakt. <Eng> Remove the screw on the craburator slide body. Turn the throttle grip until the dot on the carburator slide is at the top of the inspection hole.

 Model D: Het gashandel in stationaire toestand. <Eng>The throttle grip should be in the fully closed position.
